1. Royal77 reserve the right to terminate or suspend all the accounts or either to allow one single member account and the rest of the accounts shall be blocked and closed. Result to this, your funds and winnings maybe forfeited from the member accounts.

9. To maintain a high level of security to protect your funds, we will perform random security checks and keep records of transactions and wagers. You accept that we may demand additional documentation to verify you as the account holder in the event of a security check.

10. Royal77 sole and absolute rights to further suspend or close for any future accounts that Royal77 reasonably believe that the suspended/closed account registered from the same member, a group/syndicate member. All bets, bonuses and winnings will be voided on all the related accounts without any notice and reasons given.

11. Each member is allowed to withdrawal once(1) per day. Prior to releasing or approving any withdrawal, Royal77 reserves the right to request from customers to furnish with information such as proof of Personal Identification, front and back copy of credit card/debit card, Passport, Driving License or recent bank statement or other appropriate documentation as Royal77, at its sole discretion, deems necessary. If you fail to comply with any security request, Royal77 reserves the right to void any winnings in your account.

12. Royal77 promotions and bonuses are limited to one person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same bank account holder name, IP address unless otherwise stated under specific conditions and you are require to request for approval to have more than one account under the conditions approved by Royal77 and at our sole and absolute discretion. Your account will be subject to Royal77 verification and approval. Royal77 reserves the right to allow/approve and or to suspend/close the accounts.

13. Royal77 promotions, free bets, bonuses only apply to members who have a valid account and have made an actual real money deposit.

14. Royal77 reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion at our discretion.

15. You need to read, understand and agreed on all the promotions terms and conditions (T&C) provided on each of the promotion. If any of the promotion T&C is breached or there is any evidence of you acted in fraudulent or intentionally by placing a series of bets placed, by a member or a group/syndicate/professional members which due to a deposit bonus, rebates, free bets or any other promotional offer. Royal77 reserve the right to claim, void and or cancel of such offers, winnings and payment fees from your account and/or group accounts.

In the case of bonus abuser or by creating multiple accounts of a customer or a group of customers with following suspicious common betting patterns that could result in generating guaranteed profit and/or guaranteed bonus eligibility, Royal77 reserves the right to deduct the bonus and any winnings associated with the bonus from the customer's account.

17. Promotion Abusive Behavior might include, without being limited to: common or suspicious betting patterns across identical events/markets/selections that could be identified in one or across several accounts, excessive frequency or highly unusual pattern of bets on identical selection(s) in a short period of time in comparison to regular betting patterns, etc.

18. The reference language of the present Terms and Conditions is English. In spite of the care taken during translations, in case of difficulty of comprehension of any clause of these Terms and Conditions, only the English version will be valid.

19. These Terms & Conditions are part of the General Terms & Conditions and prevail over any communication via email, chat or phone.

20. Royal77 reserves the right to assign this agreement, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement.
